Margie

Margie was born in Detroit, Michigan, and raised in Clarkston. She lived in Walled Lake until 2012 before moving north to Johannesburg, Michigan, where she still resides today. After graduating from Clarkston High School, she returned to school in 2013 and earned an Associate Degree in Business Management from North Central Michigan College in 2016. In 2023, Margie became a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), bringing valuable administrative and payroll expertise to the team.

She’s been happily married for 37 years and is a proud mom of three and grandma of two. Her home is also shared with two Brittany Spaniels—Cadee and Daisy—and a cat named Charlotte.

Outside of work, Margie loves being outdoors. Whether she’s gardening, swimming, fishing, hunting, or exploring something new like concerts or ziplining, she’s all in. If it’s new and she’s able—she’s up for it!

At Boyne Boat Yard, Margie enjoys the variety of tasks that come with each day. She’s especially drawn to the team environment and appreciates how much everyone supports one another.
